1.Once you have decided on the item you would like to order, click the "Add to Cart" button. *Before purchasing, please be sure to read the "Precautions regarding hand-dyed threads" below the purchase button.
2. Items will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
3. Please check the product name, price, and quantity in your cart.
4. If you want to change the quantity, please specify the desired quantity with + or -.
5.If you want to delete an item, press the "Trash" button next to the quantity.
6. To continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button and repeat the steps from (1). If you have any remarks, please fill them in.
7. If you are satisfied with your order, proceed to "Proceed to checkout" and enter the delivery address in the input field. (If you have an account, you can skip it by logging in.)

8. Select the desired delivery method from "Proceed to selection of delivery method".
9. Select a payment method at "Proceed to payment". Credit cards, Yucho transfer, bank transfer, Apple Pay, PayPal, and convenience store payment are available.
10.Check the order details, and if there are no mistakes, click the "Order" button. If you have a coupon code, enter it on the payment screen.
We will send you a confirmation email with the title "Confirmation of your order (automatic delivery)", so please check the contents. If you do not receive the e-mail, it is possible that the e-mail address was entered incorrectly or the e-mail was sorted into the spam folder. If you do not receive it, please contact us using the inquiry form.
If there are any confirmation items, we will send you an email from our store. (Unlike the old shop, please note that if there are no confirmation items, the shop will not send an email.)

about shipping cost

We will ship from Hokkaido.
There is no tracking or compensation for shipping by non-standard-size mail. If you want tracking and compensation, please select letter pack.

Postage for non-standard-size mail is based on volume.
For 100g skein yarn:
1 point: 300 yen
2 points: 350 yen
3-4 points: 510 yen
5 to 9 points: 710 yen
10 to 19 points: 1040 yen

In the case of letter pack plus skein yarn, up to 3 items can be sent nationwide for a flat rate of 520 yen (number tracking available).
Letter packs cannot be used for Tamamaki.

We accept overseas shipments. Basically, we use international e-packet, and we will recalculate and inform you of the shipping fee after you place your order.
We also support EMS, so please contact us. Please note that there are areas that cannot be sent depending on the country/region.

If you live in a remote island area, please note that there may be an additional charge for shipping (non-standard-size mail will be uniform nationwide).

About payment

The payment information is included in the order confirmation email sent from our shop. If there is no problem with your order, please transfer the payment to the designated account.
If there is a discrepancy between the customer's name and the name of the payer, we may contact you.
The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
No need to contact us for payment.

Convenience store payment Payment can be made at convenience stores nationwide (FamilyMart/Lawson/Ministop/Daily Yamazaki/Seikomart). The handling fee (190 yen) will be borne by the customer.

Product cash on delivery (letter pack cannot be used)
I will use the cash on delivery service of Japan Post. The customer is responsible for the handling fee (265 yen).

About shipping

After payment is confirmed, we will ship within 4 days. In addition, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
We will send you a completion email when it is shipped. Shipping from Hokkaido may take 2-3 days in Hokkaido (excluding weekends and holidays), 3-4 days in Honshu, and about a week in Kyushu, Shikoku and Okinawa. → Delivery days (Japan Post)
When sending by ordinary mail, please contact us if it does not arrive after the above number of days.

Combined shipping

For those who wish, we can combine multiple orders within one month into one shipment.
We will recalculate the shipping fee and contact you.

If you would like to combine shipping, please write "Consolidated shipping" in the remarks column when ordering.

About membership registration

When shopping, you can shop as a member (guest) without member registration, but if you register as a member (account) in advance, you can omit the input and you can check out smoothly.

About the statement

In our shop, we do not include a statement of delivery or a receipt for the sake of consideration for the environment and simplification of office work.
We will send you an email when the shipment is completed in exchange for delivery and receipt.
If you would like a written invoice or receipt, please indicate this when placing your order.
If you wish to receive a receipt, we will fill in the address and proviso if you wish.

About packaging

In order to reduce plastic waste and cardboard waste, we have simplified the packaging. Please contact us if you need wrapping for individual threads or gifts. Please pay the actual cost of the packaging materials.

Precautions when ordering

・Because it is hand-dyed, there may be unevenness in the appearance of the color, and it does not have a consistent pattern. Even if you have more than one in stock, each one will be different, so please be careful when connecting and knitting.
・There may be cases (such as neon colors) that cannot be fully expressed in the photograph. Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer convenience due to differences in image, etc.
・There may be 1 or 2 joints.
・In rare cases, raw black hair may be mixed.
・I will send it in a skein. We offer a tamagaki service for a fee, so if you wish, please select from the options.

・Although the color is fixed, the color may transfer, so please be careful when washing. Dark blues and blacks tend to fade easily.
- Can be washed with hot water up to 40°C. It is recommended to wash by hand using a knitting detergent, but when washing in a washing machine, please put it in a net.
・Please note that using a detergent containing bleach may cause discoloration.
・We also sell on other sites. Please note that sales may be suspended without notice.
